Work with a purpose,
on purpose.
I help mission-driven organizations prove their programs work, building the partnership strategy, measurement frameworks, and reporting that turn activity into measurable outcomes.

Who I Serve:
I work with mission-driven organizations, from corporate community-investment and bank CRA teams to government-funded workforce and education partners, B Corps, and social enterprises, that are scaling faster than their infrastructure can keep up. (I selectively partner with well-resourced nonprofits; I don't serve higher education institutions.)
I've spent 5+ years building partnership strategy in mission-driven organizations, where I currently lead and coach a team. I also teach at the graduate level, and that's not a side note, it's how I work: I break down complex ideas so people can apply them to their own work, feel confident doing it, and measure their own success.
My foundation is a Master of Science in Community Development, so I understand the funding, compliance, and outcome pressures mission-driven organizations, across nonprofit, corporate, and public-sector lines, actually live with, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, which is where I learned to measure human change rigorously, not just count outputs. The work you do for people deserves to be measured the way you'd measure people, rigorously and humanely.
"I started Jones26 Advisory because I kept seeing the same thing — mission-driven organizations and corporate teams doing meaningful work without the structure to sustain it. Great ideas were stalling, partnerships were falling through the cracks, and programs were running on people instead of systems. Jones26 exists to close that gap — with strategy that's built to last and support that actually meets you where you are."
